How many do you need? What size? It's that simple. We do everything from the faces of places like River View Hospital, to some of the most opulent homes and driveways in the city.

We have the Truck Mounted Cleaning System, which delivers the highest degrees in temperature, that in many cases, it takes less time to dry, while giving you the best clean at the same time.

It doesn't matter what size, we have the manpower. Our experience takes us from the large film production offices, studios, movie sets, and sound stages.

Cleaning rates:    4 hour minimum:  Teams of two! Ask for a quote as every location is different. Let us know the size of your unit. Sq. Footage, numbers of bedrooms etc.  RATES VARY.                          
Move Out or In Clean:            30-35 Per Crew Member
Commerical/Industrial/Film:  35-45 Per Crew Member
 
 
Pressure Washing, Window  and Carpet Steam cleaning are also available. Ask us for flat rates. This just a basic guide track. When it comes to office maintenance cleaning, as well as regular standard cleaning of residences, all services will be negotiated upon on-site estimate. We don't believe in surprises over here. Everyone knows where they stand! We do the extras like windows and inside appliances, where most cleaning companies charge extra for.
